Director Barbara Crites has been licensed as a real estate agent/broker for 27+ years. She has a Master's degree in Education and has been an instructor of real estate agents for over 26 years (5 years in Virginia and 21 years in North Carolina) and has taught thousands of students in preparation for licensure. Barbara's personal student passing rate is one of the highest in North Carolina.

Denise Sutton has enjoyed practicing real estate in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia since 1985 and since 2001 in northeastern North Carolina. She is an award-winning agent who has served on local and state association boards and committees in an effort to serve her fellow agents and encourage professionalism in her industry.  Denise is a licensed instructor in Virginia and North Carolina.

Pat Watson came to the Outer Banks from Pennsylvania in 1999 and began her real estate career in 2002 after graduating from the NC Academy of Real Estate obtaining her salesperson and broker's license in that year. She has worked as a productivity coach for a large real estate firm where she coached and trained new and experienced agents on all facets of the industry. Pat has a master's degree in education and has her ABR designation. She also is a Certified Life Coach and is owner of Cornerstones Life Coaching.
