North Carolina Academy of Real Estate is sensitive to the concerns of our students regarding the privacy of their personal information. We make every effort to guard the information obtained from our students according to our policies as stated here on this website.
When you visit our website, or any of our co-branded partners websites, and submit personally identifiable information to us, you accept the terms described in our policy. At times we may modify our policies. If we do so, any changes will be displayed on this page, and the “last updated” date will reflect the date of the change. Continued use of the site after any modification indicates your agreement to the new terms.

The reason North Carolina Academy collects information is to provide useful content and services to our students. For instance, when a student registers for a course, the information we collect allows for proper accreditation of class hours to the students record, billing, and contacting the student regarding class registration issues.

Credit card information is not stored on our system.
Do not display your username and password in publicly accessible areas. Password theft often occurs when passwords are posted on a desk or computer monitor. Please remember to log off after you are done with your transaction, and to close the web browser when you are done with the computer.
North Carolina Academy also employs software to monitor network traffic, detect computer viruses, and in other ways protect our computer network. Information collected may include email headers and addresses on network packets. This information is used only to maintain the security and performance of the North Carolina Academy computer system.
